New You for 2017

Whether last year had been a good or a not-so-good year for us, it’s in the past now. Let us channel our time and energy to enjoy the many takeaways from it. Count the blessings that came our way and likewise savour its beauty and significance to our lives and those around us. This, to us, is the true essence of the holiday season.

As we tackle on this year, may we keep working on our goals, and while at it, ask advice from big-brained friends who are willing to help and share. Try to eat healthy and eat happy. Exercise as much as you can, one muscle group at a time. At least fifteen minutes of quality routines should be enough actually.

Pack your bag and go to that dream city or island you’ve always wanted to visit. Get to know about a different culture and language even. Blurt out that joke or funny story you’ve been meaning to tell. What we’re saying is: be brave. It is entirely up to us on how we’ll write, draw, and colour our 2017 story. Happy new you!
