In a recent short (food) trip to Bangkok, we were focused on only three things: eat, shop and party. We championed these three goals, rather effortlessly, and in that same order too.
For those who have been before, you know you have actually arrived in Bangkok when you suddenly get immersed in the City’s peculiar hustle and bustle. You’ll instantly feel the festive mood of it; while its distinct character and encroaching warm vibe wraps on your persona.
Is it the aura of the Thai people? Is it the street food and street scene? Is it the smell in the air? Whatever it is, just embrace and enjoy it. We surely did enjoy it with, as we said, just eating, shopping and partying.
On our first night, one of our travel buddies suggested that we take our dinner at Anna & Sons Cuisine. He’s been there once and he finds the food delicious and the prices reasonable; it’s also very near to where we stayed at. Their menu mainly consists of Thai Food but there are many other Asian Fusion cuisines that you can choose from.
That weekend was also about birthdays. Three from the group is celebrating their birthdays and that makes the other two–the very special guests. And so the first triple celebration happened here at Anna & Sons Cuisine or The Anna Restaurant & Art Gallery. Happy Happy Birthday: Kenneth, Tin and Mickee!
